1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using PainFlow, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. What PainFlow does
PainFlow is a personal health and wellness tracking tool. It helps you record pain intensity, symptoms, triggers, routines, flare-ups, and related notes so you can better understand your own patterns and prepare for conversations with qualified healthcare professionals.
3. Not medical advice
PainFlow is provided for informational and self-tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment provider, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare professional with questions about a medical condition, symptoms, medication, treatment, or care plan. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information shown in PainFlow.
4. Emergencies
PainFlow is not designed for emergencies or urgent medical situations. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or seek immediate medical help.

Our handling of personal, health, and wellness information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using PainFlow, you acknowledge that health-related entries may be sensitive and should be entered only if you are comfortable storing them in the app.
